It'll be supported online through your browser, as well as on mobile, and on select smart TV and other connected TV devices.

Like the free version, Peacock Premium also includes commercials.

Peacock will also feature "binge ads", where a viewer watches three episodes of a show and a sponsor can make the fourth episode ad-free.

That's more-or-less what the company detailed at an investor presentation today, where it said there will a free tier of Peacock that includes more than 7,500 hours of programming, including classic shows and the current seasons of freshman broadcast series.

Comcast and Cox subscribers will get free access to Peacock Premium. That includes the recently launched streaming network NBC News NOW, and plans for an original offering every weekday from Meet the Press with Chuck Todd.

Over on the back you'll find Leica triple rear cameras in a rectangular bump - one less than the P40 Pro - and an LED flash. The render you see above has been published by the folks at 91mobiles, and is allegedly an official HUAWEI P40 render.

Peacock Premium, meanwhile, will be priced at $4.99 per month.

In total, NBCUniversal says, there'll be more than 600 movies and 400 series available at launch.

Peacock has already shelled out a ton of NBCUniversal's cash for exclusive rights to some popular shows. Many people will subscribe to Peacock, Apple TV+ and others to get access to their original programming. Also on deck are "Girls5Eva", from producer Tina Fey; reboots of "Saved By the Bell" and "Punky Brewster"; "Angelyne", a limited series about the would-be star whose fame came from appearing on billboards, starring Emmy Rossum; "Battlestar Galactica", in which "Mr. Robot" creator Sam Esmail offers a new story that takes place within the "Battlestar" mythology; a new version of "Brave New World"; and "Dr. Death", which stars Jamie Dornan as a surgeon with secrets, costarring Alec Baldwin and Christian Slater. Burke argued that with DVR and on-demand viewing, NBCUniversal content is reaching a broader audience than ever - but on services like Hulu, Netflix and YouTube, "We don't control the consumer experience ... we don't control how shows are sold to advertisers and in many cases, we don't sell to advertisers ourselves". Shows like This is Us, Superstore, and Law and Order: SVU will be available on Peacock the day after their first-run broadcasts.

Choice seems to be the buzzword for Peacock subscribers, as the platform unveiled a two-tiered pricing model that starts with "Peacock Free" - an ad-based, no-cost tier that, according to NBCUniversal, opens up 7,500 hours of base programming to all subscribers.

The service's launch date was officially announced at an event held in New York City on January 16, 2020 but CNBC had reported on rumors of an April launch as early as December 2019. Besides the 2020 Summer Olympics, Peacock will show 2,000 hours of Premier League soccer including 140 live matches. The service will also stream more than 1,000 hours of Tokyo Paralympics coverage. Peacock will also feature films from the franchises: "Bourne", "Despicable Me", and "Fast & Furious".
