Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho has paid tribute to playmaker, Christian Eriksen amid transfer interest from Inter Milan for the Denmark worldwide.

It had been thought Tottenham were against midfielder Vecino being included in the deal, but according to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Spurs now accept the Uruguayan could be included.

Spurs have the opportunity to generate a fee from any deal before the end of the month, but Mourinho says no official approach has been received from Italy despite claims to the contrary.

"If they are confident it is because they are ready to make us an offer, which didn't happen yet".

"When I see people speaking. people with responsibilities, it makes me surprised. Has Eriksen played already his last match for the club?' and the situation didn't change, Eriksen plays tomorrow".
