Naseem Shah becomes youngest to take Test hat-trick

Naseem was named Man of the Match for his hat-trick, in which he dismissed Najmul Hossain Shanto, Taijul Islam and Mahmudullah and surpassed former Bangladesh legspinner Alok Kapali as the youngest player to achieve this feat.

Bangladesh, who had conceded a 212-run first-innings lead and had gone into stumps on the third day at 126/6, lost their last four wickets for 38 runs.

Wasim Akram took a hat-trick towards Sri Lanka within the Lahore Test in 1988-89 whereas in the identical season he took a hat-trick towards Sri Lanka in Dhaka.

Liton Das resisted for 59 deliveries before he was lbw against Yasir Shah. Other than Naseem Shah, spinner Yasir Shah (17.2-3-58-4) was also among the wickets.
