Cleveland, ODOT crews gear up to tackle overnight snow, ice

Winter Weather Advisories have been issued generally for everything west of Sullivan, Otsego and Lewis Counties in NY.

The weather forecast for the Sedalia area includes rapidly dropping temperatures along with snow accumulation of up to three inches possible as a result of this storm. While a stray slick spot can't be ruled out, road conditions are not expected to be a major concern throughout the day in Northwest Kansas.

A wintry mix of snow, sleet and rain is in the forecast for Wednesday night, which could make for a messy Thursday morning commute. City officials say a parking ban is possible if there is 2 inches or more of snow. For those who must travel, you are encouraged to have an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.

Kleyla added that the western and northwestern facing slopes should do best in terms of snow accumulation and that favorable areas could see 18-24 inches of snow.
