The OnePlus 8 Pro could feature water and dust resistance, if a new tip is to be believed.

Last but not least, the OnePlus 8 Pro will have a similar 6.5-inch AMOLED display with the OnePlus, but it'll feature a 120Hz refresh rate and have a dual-punch hole screen.

OnePlus smartphones have consistently lagged behind when it comes to water and dust resistance because of the associated costs. Currently, it is also unknown if the OnePlus 8 Pro will be the only model to receive it, to minimize impacts of profits, or if it would be a feature common to the entire lineup. Rumours now suggest that the next OnePlus phone series is going to arrive very soon and it is said to be the OnePlus 8 series. Whichever the case may be, the move will undoubtedly be met by praise from loyal fans.

The OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro were announced back in May a year ago, so the company was expected to announce their direct successors in May as well. We already know everything about the OnePlus 8 series and as said before the 8 Pro will be the most feature packed out of the three. In terms of specs, the handset is said to offer a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate. Apparently the cost of getting the phones rated weren't worth it, and OnePlus claims its users wouldn't be going swimming with the phone anyway. Previously we have seen OnePlus phones with notch and pop-up camera. On the front, the phone will house a 16MP selfie camera. This allows for one selfie camera and minimal bezels around the curved-edge screens. Expected to be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 865 processor with Adreno 640 GPU, the OnePlus 8 is also speculated to be backed by a 4000mAh battery with Warp 30T fast charging.

Michael Bloomberg Qualifies for Democratic Presidential Debates in Nevada
This means he meets the threshold required by the Democratic National Committee to attend the debate on Wednesday. Candidates need four national polls showing 10% or more of support, or 12% in two state polls of Nevada and SC .

Both the Snapdragon 865 and Dimensity 1000 support 5G connectivity, though the leaks make no mention of 5G support.

The site also includes prices, with the OnePlus 8 listed as $549 (around £420/AU$820), the OnePlus 8 Pro as $799 (roughly £615/AU$1,200), and the OnePlus 8 Lite as $499 (around £385/AU$750).

As standard, OnePlus will probably offer an 8/128GB storage option for both phones, although pricier configurations of up to 12/512GB could be on offer at launch. All three phones will be shipped with OxygenOS 10 based on Android 10.

Perhaps the most surprising revelation is CPU powering the OnePlus 8 Lite, a cut-down version of the OnePlus 8. The company was originally planning an unveiling in March, but the recent coronavirus outbreak has delayed production and, therefore, the OnePlus 8 series global launch.
