Woman’s impromptu rendition of Lady Gaga’s ‘Shallow’ stuns the internet

Just days ago, video creator Kevin Freshwater to took Facebook to share a segment of "Finish the Lyrics".

Since going viral, fans have been leaving Charlotte supportive messages on her Instagram page.

When Freshwater asked Charlotte Awbery to complete the lyrics to "Shallow" from "A Star is Born," she proceeded to unleash a Grammy-worthy performance, without even warming up.

A video of a woman on the subway slaying Lady Gaga's "Shallow" has gone mega viral on Twitter with millions of views, prompting Little Monsters to do some more digging on the stranger's background.

Freshwater approached random strangers with a microphone and sang the first bar of popular songs, including Queen's "Don't Stop Me Now" and the infectious theme song to "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air". Then, the woman gave an astounding performance and belted the hard chorus - without a warm-up.

The woman, who has since been identified as Charlotte Awbery, appears hesitant at first, but then begins to sing and lets her incredible vocals soar. Upon posting the video of her challenge, people online were proclaiming that "a star was born".

The gobsmacked YouTuber, who posted the three-minute video on his Facebook, was also heard chuckling and asking Awbery whether she was a singer, to which she said yes.

One user called her performance "flawless" and worthy of the Oscars. It was then shared on other social media platforms.

On social media many proclaimed that a star is born in a pun on the film for which the song was song.
