Chinese smartphone maker Realme on Monday launched its first 5G smartphone titled "X50 Pro 5G" in India, starting from Rs 37,999.

The phone comes with the Android 9bay operating system with a ColorOS 6 interface, and the phone comes with a Snapdragon 712 processor, which is an octa-core processor and comes with an Adreno 616 graphics processor.

The camera on the face of the phone is equally impressive, boasting a dual selfie array with a 32MP wide-angle f/2.5 lens and an ultra-wide 8MP f/2.2 module 105° field of view, presented in a notch-free punch-hole display.

Realme likes to launch a lot of phones every year & we saw this last year where a lot of phones were launched by the brand in every price segment. A centrally located notch is clearly visible, which houses the front camera.

Moise came to power in early 2017, but the opposition has never recognized his win, which was widely considered questionable. Local television showed footage of two cars set on fire while local radio reported several were wounded and one died.

Some rumours before the launch suggested the X50 Pro would have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, but the phone has an under-display fingerprint reader as we'd suspected. The first Realme smart TV will launch in the second quarter of the year. The X50 Pro will be available in two color variants, including "Rust Red" and "Moss Green".

The reports also show that Realme X50 Pro has UFS 3.0 with TurboWrite and Host Performance Booster. Besides the 64 MP quad-camera setup, the phone will reportedly also feature an ultrawide lens, macro lens, and a depth sensor. The phone also supports FullHD and 4K quality imaging. It features the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor as the Samsung Galaxy S20, up to 12GB of RAM, and a maximum of 256GB of storage.

64MP main back camera will be 20x hybrid zoom, 119-degree ultra-wide mode, Super Nightscape 3.0 as well as portrait blur video and UIS Max super video stabilisation.

This handset features a 6.44-inch fullHD+ (2400 x 1080) Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. There are two SIM card slots on this phone (2x nano SIM), while a 3.5mm headphone jack is also included. The upcoming phones will offer class-leading charging speeds as well, with support for 30W Flash Charge technology. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, and other typical connectivity options like dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1.
