Huawei P40 spotted on Geekbench just before launch, Features 8GB RAM

So the actual launch date of the P40 Pro in the United Kingdom is going to be on April 4 and supposedly, pre-orders will start right after the announcement event ends today.

The Huawei P40 launch is happening in a matter of hours, so if you're excited for the next generation of Huawei flagship smartphones, the alarm you set should be coming up soon.

The three phones will be the new flagships for 2020 and will succeed the P30 series of phones from past year.

According to German publication WinFuture, both the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro devices will come with 5G connectivity due to their Kirin 990 5G chipset, and prices that start at 799 and 999 Euros. This sensor has f/1.9 aperture, optical image stabilization, and Octa Phase Detection for autofocus, along with XD Fusion Engine chip that would improve image quality. The Huawei P40 Pro will feature an additional camera at the back, which will likely be a periscopic lens. Notably, the Huawei P40 will feature support for 22.5W fast charging, while the Huawei P40 Pro will feature 40W fast charging, as confirmed by the Chinese 3C certification website both the devices were spotted on, a little while ago. However, the render shared by him on Twitter shows a dual punch-hole on the display. More internals include 8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage, expandable with Huawei's NanoMemory, a 4,200mAh battery, and a graphene cooling system for the Kirin 990 chip.

Meanwhile the P40 went through Geekbench running the Kirin 990 chipset and 8GB of RAM.
