His alleged hospitalization comes days after he posted a video of himself dragging his tongue along the seat of a toilet in a public washroom, as part of the "Coronavirus Challenge" on social media.

Pioneering the "coronavirus challenge" popular TikTok model called Ava Louise licked toilet seat inside an airplane washroom before posting the video.

He had tweeted "I tested positive for coronavirus".

Larz has not yet responded to the criticism of his actions or posted since his hospitalization.

Bindi Irwin ties the knot in small wedding at the zoo
Bindi shared the news on Instagram with a handsome photo of the newlyweds kissing in front of a wall filled with flowers. However, she was able to share the day with her family due to them all living together at the zoo.

The 21-year-old Californian influencer has said he is in a hospital with coronavirus. Larz was part of the craze where youngsters were seen licking tubs of ice cream in supermarkets.

When asked about whether he might be "modeling really bad behavior for really young people", Larz's response in the footage above from the official Dr. Phil YouTube channel was that he, along with other influencers, was not telling other people to do what he was doing.

His Twitter account, @gayshawnmendes, was also suspended for promoting the potentially unsafe viral stunt. "They're irrelevant. None of them have followers, if they got followers or got rich I'd probably talk to them again".

"I'm sure her parents are proud", a Twitter user responded.

It wasn't clear whether Larz's apparent infection was linked to the stunt. This comes as the deadly virus pandemic has now gripped all 50 states of the USA, infecting more than 68,211.
