Eminem Feeds Detroit Hospital Workers With 'Mom's Spaghetti'

Earlier this week, the rapper sent medical workers in his hometown of Detroit some Shady-branded tubs of Mom's Spaghetti to show his appreciate.

Of course, the move is a almost two-decades-old reference to 2002 and Em's Oscar-winning 8 Mile song, "Lose Yourself", which famously invokes the meal during the opening lines: "His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy/ There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti". For Mr. Cannon, social media have actually all sided with Eminem and lots of commenters have actually argued that Eminem didn't even need to react. Two hospitals in Detroit, Michigan were in for a delicious surprise on Wednesday when they received a delivery of "mom's spaghetti" from none other than homegrown rapper Eminem.

The donations were made possible with the help of local catering company Union Joints, which was funded by Eminem and the Marshall Mathers Foundation.
