After the update, the Google Search app on Android 10 and iOS 13 will reflect the device's system settings by default. The same happens with the Light Mode, with the function that follows the general configuration of the system. "This is also how to set the dark mode for the Google App in iOS 12", Google added to its tweet. If your system settings are already set to dark mode, the app will be in the same mode, too. Android and iOS users alike will be lucky to have the feature that has been in beta for the past few months now.

Dark mode is one of the defining features of Google's Android 10 mobile operating system.

With the Google app, you can search for all sorts of places when you need to have a good time going out, including nearby restaurants and shops. This mode, according to Google, is meant to help users create a more unified look across their smartphones' apps, and ease on eye strain. The more you use the Google app, the better it gets.

Dark mode inverts the UI on the phone from dark text on a white background to white text on a dark background.

When pressed, Secretary Mnuchin notes the delay stems from the time it has taken to get the facilities up and running. Crapo questioned Mnuchin and Powell about a municipal lending fund and what types of cities could qualify for it.

9to5Google notes that Lens is incorporated into the main Google app for iOS as a complementary search service.

Dark mode can be found in Google products like Gmail, YouTube and Google Calendar, and also a bunch of popular apps like Slack and WhatsApp.

Go to the Google Play Store and install the latest update for the Google App.
