11 people with COVID-19 have died and 64 new cases have been confirmed today by The Health Protection Surveillance Centre.

Of those individuals who have tested positive, two were asymptomatic at the time of testing, said the Livingston County Health Department.

Officials said the Bulverde and Canyon Lake cases are those with household contact with previously confirmed cases. Platte County, according to state numbers, has reported 60 cases.

Per the Ohio Dept. of Health's daily 2 p.m. update, as of May 20 there are 27,517 confirmed cases in Ohio, plus an additional 1,919 probable cases using the CDC's Expanded Case Definition, for a total of 29,436 cases. Schneider said numerous test results pending are from tests conducted at nursing homes.

The person could not discuss the matter publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity. But the Bureau of Prisons can take action to move him to home confinement without a judicial order.

As of May 15, the DeKalb County Health Department reported 2,146 tests performed have come back negative. San Marcos saw two new cases reported Wednesday, which raises its total case count to 70 and includes 24 active cases.

Fifty-three county residents who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 are between 30-39 years old.

The Tompkins County Health Department says there are now 145 total positive test results in Tompkins County, four more than on Monday, with a total of 7,047 tested.

According to the county, only 10 patients who tested positive for COVID-19 traveled before becoming sick, while 240 residents had no travel history before becoming symptomatic. The age range of those infected is 1-109 with the median age of 50. One of the New Braunfels residents contracted the virus outside of Texas and is self-isolating there.
