Ben Roethlisberger's haircut draws criticism from Pennsylvania governor

Ben Roethlisberger got his celebratory haircut and beard trim as a "personal favor", the barber's lawyer clarified in a statement released late Tuesday. But, unlike the rest of us that have either cut their own hair or asked their significant other to really mess our trim up, he visited a barbershop.

Governor Tom Wolf did not directly call out Roethlisberger in his briefing on Tuesday, but he did say that no Pennsylvanian should take the chance of going to a barbershop unprotected.

Both Steelers and their QB posted a short video showing Big Ben with his beard and then at the barbershop getting shaved. "Anyone who puts themselves in danger is something I think we should try to avoid". And when you go to something like a barbershop and you're not protected, I don't care who you are, the chances of that virus actually wreaking havoc on your life increases.

Ben Roethlisberger said earlier this year that he wasn't going to shave his beard until he was able to throw "a legit National Football League pass" to one of his teammates.

For a Steelers team that suffered from a poor quarterback game in Roethlisberger's absence last season, the veteran's passing speed in practice with teammates this week has been encouraging.

Frustrated Ford wants random and asymptomatic coronavirus testing in Ontario
Ford said that over the last five days coronavirus cases have been increasing and testing numbers "haven't been there". The province says 984 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, with 155 being treated in intensive care units.

Roethlisberger began letting his hair and beard grow out after his season ended in September when he left the Steelers' home opener at halftime with a right elbow injury.

Carlos Norman, the owner of Norman's Cuttin' Edge Barber Shop issued a statement regarding the Roethlisberger's incident.

I, personally, understand the want for a haircut these days.

The County remains in the yellow phase of Pennsylvania's restriction easing. However, hair salons are not supposed to be open for those areas in the yellow phase.

Well, there is some good news for everyone including Ben Roethlisberger's fans, followers, friends, and family members.
