According to TMZ, the man who is responsible for the recording, William "Roddie" Bryan, has now been arrested and charged with criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment and felony murder.

Bryan's arrest comes two weeks after the GBI apprehended Gregory McMichael, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34, who confronted Arbery with firearms while he was running in a residential neighborhood in Brunswick, Ga., on February 23.

Gregory McMichael, a retired investigator for the local district attorney, told police he thought Arbery was a burglar.

A tussle follows and the younger Mr McMichael appears to fire a gun at point blank range at Mr Arbery, who falls to the street. Arbery stumbled and fell to the ground, where he was pronounced dead.

The McMichaels remain jailed in Glynn County waiting for a preliminary court hearing and for a judge to decide whether to free them on bond pending trial.

A local reporter from WSB's Channel 2's Action News was present on Tuesday around 7 p.m. when the agents searched the Satilla Drive home and backyard.

Healthcare professionals in England will get access to antibody tests , starting next week, the health secretary has announced. However, scientists still aren't sure whether having antibodies means long-lasting protection from the disease.

Requests for comment from both of the McMichaels' attorneys about the search warrant were not immediately returned.

The other two men in the video, Gregory and Travis McMichael, were arrested two days after the video became public, once the G.B.I. took over the case.

Even as supporters of Arbery's family celebrated those arrests, they called for Bryan to be arrested as well, claiming he was involved in the incident. "This time Ahmaud was relaxing in a Brunswick park on Nov 7th, 2017 morning when he was aggressively questioned by two officers", said Merritt in a statement. "The releases are deliberate distractions from the murder case".

The video shows Arbery run around the truck to the right before he cuts back in front of it. "When the criminals remain [to be] William Bryan, Gregory McMichael and Travis McMichael", said Merritt in a video posted on his Instagram account.

A third person has been charged in the murder of Ahmaud Arbery.
