Tilghman was, oddly enough, the first person to audition for The Voice this season. Who got eliminated? Find out everything you need to know about the second night of the season finale, here.

Fans sat at the edge of their seats for three hours awaiting the highly anticipated results of The Voice, which, for the first time in the show's 18-season history, crowned the victor remotely.

Tilghman is the seventh mentee of country singer Blake Shelton to win the competition, making Shelton the coach with the most wins in the show's nine-year run.

In the video captured by a bystander, thick smoke can be seen billowing from the Subaru while it is stopped at the traffic lights. The Mitsubishi then appeared to accelerate across the crowded intersection before ploughing into the shop's glass windows.

The finale episode aired remotely from each of the coaches and contestants' homes due to the ongoing pandemic.

The pre-show will feature a few special performances from a few former coaches too.

The five remaining finalists - Micah Iverson from Team Kelly, Thunderstorm Artis from Team Nick, CammWess from Team John, Toneisha Harris and Todd Tilghman from Team Blake - battled it out for the crown on the virtual finale. Coach Nick will perform again with his brothers Kevin and Joe Jonas, who also mentored his team during Season 18.
