He was still in intense pain.

As it turns out, while he did tear his gluteus maximus, he also has a compressed sciatic nerve that was causing him enormous amounts of pain. "And no other tests were done", he explained in a lengthy Instagram video.

"A week later I'm still in agony".

He said: "The only reason it was't easy for me was because of the excruciating pain I had in my leg, otherwise it would have been a doddle". But this time I had one of the lower spine and, sure enough, what did we discover but I had a compressed sciatic nerve, quite severely compressed, and that's why I had the feeling that someone was putting a screwdriver in my back the whole time.

He added: "Finally we started treating the thing for what it was".
