Fortnite The Device event times have been revealed, and you'll only have one chance to catch it before it goes off.

An in-game countdown had previously been saying that the Fortnite Doomsday event would take place at 7.05pm BST on Saturday May 30.

The folks over at Epic Games have revised the release date for the third season of Fortnite and has announced it will now be arriving on Thursday 11th June.

That means that Season 2 has been extended for another week. Keep in mind that Epic recommends you show up 30 minutes early for the event, since space will be limited and you won't get a second chance to see it in-game!

Fortnite players will have another week to finish their Battle Pass challenges and confirm their appearance choices for various characters, such as Brutus, TNTina, Meowscles, and Maya. The delay also gives players more time to finish the recently added Storm the Agency challenges.

It is believed the Fortnite Device event will see the Doomsday device at The Agency's headquarters get detonated, leading to the Battle Royale map getting flooded.

Fortnite's upcoming season was set to start June 5.
