The seventh season of "Call of Duty: Mobile" was due to be released later this week. "While we understand gamers worldwide are excited to see PS5 games, we do not feel that right now is the time for celebration and for now, we want to stand back and allow more important voices to be heard", Sony's announcement reads.

While we all look forward too playing the new season of Modern Warfare, Warzone and Call of Duty: Mobile, now is not the time.

A new start date for the Seasons has not been announced.

Activision did not confirm a new release date for the Season 4 launch for Modern Warfare and Warzone.

The new seasons for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Warzone, and Call of Duty: Mobile have been delayed indefinitely, Activision announced on Twitter tonight. They have also not revealed any updates on when Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 will be rescheduled to either.

In a blog post that gives a little more detail, Activision explained that the new duos mode will see players drop into the Battle Royale's Verdansk map paired up with either a friend or with another random player.

Season 4's headline features are a new battle pass, and a series of new weapons. Kill Confirmed will also be re-added. This delay also impacts the free to play Warzone, which shares Modern Warfare's season.
