Danielle tweeted that Bieber sexually assaulted her on March 9, 2014, in a Four Seasons Hotel room in Austin, TX.

The singer, 26, has filed suit against accounts belonging to Danielle and Kadi who each alleged they'd been were victims, in 2014 and 2015, respectively.

The pop star also shared numerous links to news stories, social media photos and screenshots of emails and receipts from the date of the alleged assault. However, in a contradicting tweet from June 2015, she claims that she never met Bieber.

Justin Bieber has filed a $20 million lawsuit against two women who recently accused him of sexual assault on social media.

She claimed that Justin's bodyguard invited her to his NY hotel room in May 2015, where he sexually assaulted her.

"Danielle fabricated her sexual encounter with Bieber at the Four Seasons Hotel because it was publicly reported that Bieber had dinner at the Four Seasons Restaurant on March 10, 2014 and presumed that Bieber was at the hotel because of the public reports of him dining at the restaurant".

After acknowledging he has been subjected to "random allegations" throughout his career, he said he had made a decision to speak out this time because 'Rumors are rumors but sexual abuse is something I don't take lightly'.

Mississippi takes step toward dropping rebel image from flag
All of the state's public universities and several cities and counties have stopped flying it because of the Confederate symbol. State lawmakers have drafted a resolution to have the flag changed, but it's unclear if it will actually pass at this time.

According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Bieber has "indisputable documentary evidence" to prove the sexual assault claims are "outrageous, fabricated lies".

Bieber is being represented by Hollywood attorney Martin Singer of Lavely & Singer, and the lawsuit seeks $10 million from each accuser in compensatory damages. According to Bieber, he was actually with his then girlfriend Selena Gomez, with the pair staying at a rental property together.

The singer goes on to say that he has evidence that during the time frame that the women claimed they interacted with him, he wasn't around. She was 21 and Bieber was 20 at the time, the complaint says.

The filing states: "Bieber did not sexually assault Kadi, or anyone else, in a hotel room in NY, on the night of May 4, 2015, early AM of May 5, 2015".

Per the outlet, the suit states that the accuser is a superfan who often waits outside of Bieber's hotels and the like, often seeking attention from him.

Kadi, on the other hand, had claimed the singer assaulted her at the Langham Hotel in NYC around 2:30 AM on the morning of May 5, 2015.
