Sacha Baron Cohen, 48, crashed an ultra-right conservative rally and tricked attendees into singing along to a racist song about the "Wuhan flu". Then he began singing a catchy song whose lyrics included racist language and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories popular among far-right extremists.

Captioning the now-viral video, Rex said: "Dressed as a hillbilly, Sasha Baron Cohen infiltrated a rally being held by "The Washington State Three Percenters" - a right wing militia group - and took over the stage". Inject him with the Wuhan flu", "Hillary Clinton, what we gonna do?

Eventually, Cohen was told to leave the stage as one city councilman was appalled by the display.

"Obama, what we gonna do?" "Hillary Clinton, what we gonna do?"

Apparently, his security guards had blocked the event organisers from stopping him. Lock her up like we used to do.

Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen is making enemies again after reportedly crashing a far-right event in Washington over the weekend, disguised as a bluegrass singer.

Cohen's latest comedy figure also convinced the crowd to sing about journalists and how they should "chop them up like the Saudis do" - a reference to the death of Jamal Khashoggi, who was assassinated at the Saudi consulate in Turkey in 2018.

"So last minute, we had a man added by the production company who was sponsoring the event who we never worked with before".

Baron Cohen was honored previous year by the Anti-Defamation League because of his record of using humor to fight hate, including through his Showtime series "Who is America?" which satirizes American politics.

TMZ reported that at some point the crowd turned on Baron Cohen, who was whisked into a waiting ambulance by his security and driven away.
