Xbox has just announced that they'll be holding their July event on the 23rd, simply called Xbox Games Showcase.

Make sure to have snacks at home on July 23 at 5pm BST (6pm CEST), because that's when the long-awaited spectacle finally kicks off. Before all that happens we're getting a pre-show with Geoff Keighley at 8AM PT, so you can tune in early if that's your thing.

Nothing is confirmed as of now, but what are your thoughts on this news and who would you like to see WB Games get acquired by. It forms the next in Microsoft's series of Xbox 20/20 events teasing the upcoming next-gen console and its accompanying games.

While not much has been shared in terms of precise content, we know that the showcase will focus on the lineup by Microsoft's own game studios.

Here's the First Trailer for Seth Rogen's 'An American Pickle'
The brine preserves him perfectly and when he emerges in present-day Brooklyn, he finds that he hasn't aged a day. Though Rogen plays a dual role in the film, it also stars Sarah Snook, of Succession fame, in a key role.

All those hoping to see the a lot-rumoured Xbox Collection S might be let down, with rumours pointing to an August expose.

The Verge reports that Microsoft could provide more information about games including Forza, Gears of War, Everwild, Fable, and others. Here's everything we know about tuning in. Of course, all first-party Xbox games also come to PC on day one, so the event will likely be of interest to PC gaming fans.

Xbox Series X launches this holiday.

Xbox's Twitter account points to a number of ways to watch the event.
