As a result, electric cars stand out.

General Motors Hummer electric SUV and pickup truck is likely to take on Jeep Wrangler and Ford Bronco as extreme off roader. New information was shared for the vehicle, the official launch date of which is not yet known.

As far as design goes, the front has already been shown and will employ cold vertical chrome with the letters that make up the Hummer's name, as well as full LED headlights and pronounced lower grille.

"GMC announced today that its all-electric super truck will debut later this fall and will begin production in fall 2021".

With the market hyped up for Tesla's Cybertruck, the Hummer EV pickup may well be General Motors' most important vehicle yet. The new electric pickup also manages to attract great attention.

The minute-long spot, narrated by three-time National Basketball Association champion LeBron James, mentions a bunch of stuff about the Hummer we already know: It's going to make 1000 horsepower at 11,500 lb-ft of wheel torque (motor torque multiplied by gearing), with an estimated 0-60 time of three seconds flat. The latest teaser video features Lebron James and offers some new insights into the new Hummer brand. Some technical features of the vehicle are also known.

Another vehicle we came across in the video was the SUV, which was produced on the electric platform but with more traditional lines. The iconic super large SUV is coming back in a fully electrified version and to add to that it will also be available in the form of a pick-up truck. GMC has been advertising the Hummer EV under the 'Quiet Revolution' campaign.

The video also mentions two drive modes we haven't heard of before: an "Adrenaline" mode and a "Crab" mode. Until then, we will have to be content with what the company has explained.
