A USA appeals court has ruled to hold back a deposition about the sex life of Ghislaine Maxwell, who is accused of aiding Jeffrey Epstein's abuse of underage girls, with her lawyers arguing it would make a fair trial "impossible".

"Ghislaine Maxwell brought me into the sex trafficking industry".

Maxwell, 58, has pleaded not guilty to helping Epstein recruit and eventually abuse three girls from 1994 to 1997, and committing perjury by denying her involvement under oath.

Over the years Ms Giuffre has told her story to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but no charges were brought based on her allegations and she is not one of the three alleged victims in the current criminal case against Maxwell.

Ms Giuffre wrote in her manuscript the duke whispered "sweet nothings" into her ear and kissed her neck while on the dancefloor of London's Tramp nightclub, during an evening out with Epstein and his ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell.

Epstein killed himself last summer while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Giuffre says Epstein told her "everyone owes him favours".

Of all Epstein's victims, it's the allegations of Virginia Roberts Giuffre that has had the most fall out around the world.

She was also charged with two counts of perjury, according to the indictment by the acting USA attorney for the Southern District of New York, Audrey Strauss.

Maxwell denied the allegations during her deposition in the case in 2016, calling Giuffre an "absolute liar". In a 2003 Vanity Fair article, Epstein was quoted as saying Maxwell was his "best friend".

Sundar wrote on Twitter, "Congratulations bro!" Lots of love to Natasa, the lovely boy and you. The cricket fraternity also extended their warm wishes to the couple on this blessed occasion.

Maxwell's attorneys tried to stop the documents from surfacing and asked a US district court judge to intervene with a phone call.

In a court filing on Friday, Giuffre's lawyers called Maxwell's appeal "frivolous, and a transparent attempt to further delay the release of documents to which the public has a clear and unequivocal right to access".

"You have done nothing wrong and I would urge you to start acting like it", Epstein wrote on January 25, 2015, as more allegations of sexual abuse against him surfaced.

Giuffre also accused Dershowitz of trying to help negotiate a plea deal for Epstein in 2008 for sexual abuse charges in Florida with the intent of trying to shield co-conspirators in the abuse ring.

Prosecutors accuse the 58-year-old of recruiting and grooming girls as young as 14 to be abused by Epstein and farmed out to some of his wealthy associates.

Lawyers for Maxwell said on July 10 in a court filing requesting bail in her criminal case that she had not been in contact with Epstein for "more than a decade".

One email, sent from Epstein's email address but written in Maxwell's voice, appeared to be a draft a statement or set of talking points for Maxwell to use in defending herself. He suggested she go outside and hold her head high, "not as an (escaping) convict".

The British socialite, who has pleaded not guilty, will go on trial in July 2021.

"I have been the target of outright lies, innuendo, slander, defamation and salacious gossip and harassment", it says.
