In total, the first official season will include 11 guns and 11 hacks to play around with.

It'll be arriving with new, limited-time game modes, a new hack and weapon, more world lore, and new features for the game's Crowncast Twitch extension.

The items unlocked by PC open beta players will carry over to consoles at launch, thanks to cross-progression support. Will you play the game once it launches?

Initial Unemployment Claims Rise in Massachusetts Last Week
The four-week rolling average also decreased, falling by 3% to 5,193 new initial claims a week. The Labor Department reports over 96 percent of those claims have been processed thus far.

Hyper Scape, Ubisoft's foray into the Battle Royale genre, will be leaving open beta and officially launching on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on the 11th of August.

Prior to that though, Eurogamer reports that anyone who plays the "Hyper Scape" beta for at least an hour between now until August 3, 2020, at 2:59 a.m. EST will receive 600 Bitcrowns to do with as you please on launch day. "We have leveraged our test periods to develop and release frequent updates, notably on the global balance". Battle Pass progress can also be made by watching Hyper Scape live streams on Twitch with the game's Crowncast extension enable. Players will experience new gameplay content and new Crowncast features. During a "Lethal Melee" event, a player's melee weapon can eliminate opponents in one hit. Streamers can also invite viewers to join their squad in just a few clicks. Hyper Scape Season 1, titled "The First Principle", is set to launch on August 11 via Uplay.

Cringey setting aside, I'll give Hyper Scape a try because battle royales aren't inherently bad; so long as the studio isn't slapping it together to make a quick buck. They can be spent however a player chooses, but that's most of the cost of the 950 Bitcrown battle pass. Additional customization items will be available through the in-game shop.
