The FBI have raided the LA mansion of YouTube star Jake Paul - seizing multiple firearms.

In May, Paul was caught with a group of looters at a closed shopping mall in Arizona.

Jake Paul made his pro boxing debut earlier this year, scoring a first-round TKO victory over fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib.

No details were immediately available about the investigation; however, the search comes just two weeks after Paul hosted a widely-condemned and packed house party.

Paul's attorney, Richard Schonfeld, acknowledged that the YouTuber's home was searched and told Reuters that he would cooperate with the federal investigation.

While Paul denies any wrongdoing in the Arizona incident-insisting he was only at the scene "documenting, not engaging"-he was present when the situation at the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall was declared an unlawful assembly".

According to reports another search warrant was also executed in Las Vegas but no arrests were planned.

Paul said he kept walking in the mall area despite encountering the criminal activity because he wanted to find the protest.

Sources on Wednesday confirmed to The Times that the Federal Bureau of Investigation warrants were tied to the mall incident and that warrants were also served in Nevada and Arizona.

A judge has sealed the search-warrant affidavit and Eimiller said she could not reveal the nature of the investigation or the person it was served on.
