In both challenges, proponents argue that West's nomination papers - his application to be on the ballot - are insufficient to the WEC's requirements, and thus should be voided.

Kanye West said he's walking instead of running for president, following recent reports claiming he's actually siphoning votes from presumptive Democrat nominee Joe Biden. More recently, West's behavioral issues have become a concern to his fans and family, especially after he released and deleted a series of tweets about his marriage and famous in-laws. West is running under the BDY, The Birthday Party.

Even though he no longer wears his MAGA hat, the rapper has continued to speak highly of President Trump and his achievements.

Kanye West's political campaign has gone from bad to worse.

"Four years ago Trump benefitted in Wisconsin and nationwide from a low turnout of African-Americans, including in Wisconsin where in Milwaukee there is a large population".

He noted, however, that "at this late point it will be hard for West to get on many state ballots because the laws regarding ballot access and qualification have already expired or passed".

When asked how he felt about West's participation in the 2020 election, Trump replied, "I like him".

While it is still hard for many people to believe that Kanye West is serious about becoming president, the rapper has been making honest attempts to be seen as a valid candidate.
