Huawei recently launched its list of cell phones with EMUI 10, the update that brings Android 10 to many cell phones, although some devices have been left out of this official list presented by the company through its website.

A report from Huawei Central, suggests that the new software will be very similar to the LiteOS found in the Huawei Watch GT 2 series. Another significant update is the multitasking capability, thanks to the Multi-Screen Collaboration feature.

One of the prominent additions is an optimized artistic animation of the EMUI 11. This can be Huawei's first-ever smartphone to run HarmonyOS.

Huawei didn't have access to the source code of Android 11 because of trade restrictions levied on them at US. The Huawei EMUI 11 update also has a Smart Multi-Windows panel that can house up to 15 apps.

According to a Weibo user named Changan Digital, the Huwaei is now working on a smartwatch that runs the Harmony OS 2.0 which is expected to debut by the end of this year.

We despite everything haven't seen Harmony OS 2.0 on a cell phone presently, so we're not completely sure what's in store. The Chinese tech firm has announced that users can make use of better screen responsiveness and multi-window support, which are further enhanced with privacy and security.

Apart from the EMUI 11 update, the 2020 Huawei Developer Conference has also announced a couple of other updates.

This means that Huawei will be releasing EMUI 11 or Magic UI 4.0 based on Android 11 for Huawei and Honor devices respectively.
