Glee actress Naya Rivera raised her arm and called for help before she drowned in the waters of California's Lake Piru, according to an autopsy report released Friday.

Naya Rivera's autopsy, investigative and toxicology reports have revealed some of the circumstances surrounding her death in early July. The two chose to jump into the water for a swim.

The Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office has now released an investigative report into Rivera's death, revealing new details about her final moments.

Officials say that weather conditions may have been at fault for this fatal accident, with winds reported at 21 miles per hour on the day of her disappearance. However, the medical examiner has said they did not play a role in her death.

The boy was found sleeping on the boat later that afternoon and Rivera's body was found floating in the lake five days later.

Although Rivera had a history of vertigo, the officials stated she was in good health.

Game of Thrones, James Bond star Diana Rigg dies aged 82
The character went down in GoT history after she admitted to poisoning disgusting King Joffrey just before being killed herself. According to Rigg's close family, she died peacefully while sleeping, and they are now asking to be left alone while grieving.

Her vertigo was intense enough that she had been treated for it at Cedars Sinai hospital, according to the report.

Per the toxicology report, Rivera also had low-level amounts of amphetamine (Adderall, Dexedrine), diazepam, ethanol, and phentermine (an appetite suppressant) in her system, as well as caffeine, at the time of her death.

Initially, Rivera was offered a life jacket, but declined, the investigative report said. The actor's four-year-old son, Jorsey Dorsey, told Rivera's mother, Yolanda Previtire, that he and Rivera had counted "one, two, three" together before jumping off the boat into the lake.

After being found in the boat, Josey was taken to his father, Rivera's ex-husband Ryan Dorsey. Josey told investigators that his mother helped him back onto the boat after swimming, but when he turned around, he saw his "mom was gone".

The report indicates Rivera "knew how to swim well".

As reported, the star was laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles on July 24. Her blood alcohol concentration was 0.016 and it is believed that she drank some White Claw while on the boat.
