Since Lightning has gone, Apple has had to update how it uses the Apple Pencil, as it can't recharge the original version using the Lightning connector on the stylus with the iPad. While you get support for Apple's keyboards, there's no support for the new Magic Keyboard that was announced with the new iPad Pros.

It has a 10.9-inch liquid retina display measuring at 2360 x 1650 px with a fully laminated, True Tone, anti-reflective coating.

Could the new Touch ID power button show up on the iPhone 12, or at the very least on the iPad Pro later? Plus, the 8th-gen iPad also offers 2x faster GPU performance as compared to the 7th-gen iPad.

The 8th generation iPad runs on iOS 14 and it features support for the Apple Pencil.

Israel to begin three-week nationwide lockdown on Rosh Hashanah eve
The Israeli government says it will impose a nationwide lockdown later this week due to a resurgence of coronavirus infections. Almost one-fifth of the labor force remains out of work even though most of the economy has been open for months.

The new iPad Air, on the other hand, is meant for professionals and creators looking for a more powerful tablet. And yes, this is the same design as the previous seventh-gen iPad.

The new Air now comes with stereo speakers which is great for watching video content in landscape mode. It has a 10.9-inch Retina display with anti-reflective coating and a new design language which includes narrow bezels and the new touch ID on top side panel. Those cameras should deliver clear and vibrant photos and videos. On the front, you'll get a 7-megapixel lens, and the back features the same 12-megapixel lens as on the iPad Pro. The USB-C port also supports high-speed 5Gbps transfer rate and the ability to connect to an external 4K monitors. Unfortunately, there's no longer a 3.5mm headphone jack so you'll have to get a dongle or go completely wireless. You can get a bit more creative with color options.

Apple is the first retailer with pre-orders of the latest iPad Air available. It will be available in India in 64GB and 256GB memory variants and in Silver, Space Gray, Rose Gold, Green, and Sky Blue colour variants starting October this year.
