Two years have passed since that express visit to a civil registry in NY that, with the passing of the hours, led to the official confirmation that Justin Bieber and the then known as Hailey Baldwin had become husband and wife.

On Sept. 30, 2019, the couple hosted a second wedding with a large ceremony in front of family and friends. Justin and Hailey tied the knot in a hush-hush New York City courtroom ceremony in September 2018.

Any new music will follow Bieber's previous album Changes, which was released in February earlier this year. Justin is a popular Canadian singer and songwriter.

But that doesn't deter Justin from dancing instead he and Hailey are spending their time at home perfecting a new social platform: TikTok. Bieber and Baldwin, who wore a custom Off-White gown, exchanged vows and Tiffany wedding bands as the sun set at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Washington Governor Jay Inslee called the crisis a "a blowtorch over our states" in an interview with ABC on Sunday. Officials have said more people are missing from other blazes, and the number of fatalities is likely to rise.

The rumors have it that the couple headed for a romantic picnic to celebrate their special day. Baldwin looked fresh as a daisy as she showed off her toned midriff in a white crop top paired with acid wash high-waisted jeans, white sneakers, two gold chains and a black face mask. The 23-year-old model shared snaps of herself sitting on a blanket with goodies next to her. "They went ahead and did it without listening to anyone", a source close to the couple told PEOPLE at the time.
