The images show a couple of different use cases for LG's unusual form factor, including watching video on the main screen while the playback controls appear on the secondary display, and displaying two apps side by side.

Previously leaked videos have also shown how the design can be used for navigation in the vehicle, where apps like Google Maps can be used in full screen mode, but at the same time the secondary screen can be used to control music playback. A single application can be expanded to both screens or two applications can be displayed simultaneously, one on each display. It has a triple rear camera setup at the back which consists of a 64-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide big pixel sensor.

LG has undertaken some collaborations to improve the user experience, with examples including partnerships with the Rave and Ficto streaming platforms so that users can watch content on the main screen while chatting to other viewers using the second display.
