Now, the 20-year-old would be hoping to play alongside Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Aaron Finch in the playing XI of the RCB.

IPL 13th season is going to start on September 19.

In the past few seasons of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have been abysmal.

RCB is yet to win the IPL title. The responsibility has also been given to South African batsman AB de Villiers. "We're getting used to the weather, I feel we can just keep working on our fitness as well and it'll help a lot".

RCB youngster Devdutt Padikkal said that the training are going great and all the players are feeling good now, and getting their pre-lockdown form back. The four guys joining us will add to what we have created here and that is a very special team environment.

The former KKR captain and a two-time IPL victor have analyzed as to why the RCB has not been able to get on to the next step in their hunt for the title.

There will be no limitations to the elation of the fans if a match gets tied and a Super Over is played, as the contest between the two best teams is extended and then they can see their favorite stars in action one more time trying to take their team over the finish line. The credit needs to go to Virat, he sets the example and leads from the front.

Now, former Indian opener, Gautam Gambhir, has detailed about the problems surrounding the RCB, in regards to captaincy. It is pretty easy to follow when you have a captain who is always leading from the front", De Villiers said in a video posted on RCB " s Twitter handle. "Sometimes injuries happen and you are out for six or seven months", he said.

"I still feel that RCB look a little batting-heavy. It's incredible how you can get back into the groove and find that confidence into yourself, nothing guarantees a good performance, but that's the beauty of the sport, you never know what to expect", he explained. The side had managed to reach the finals of 2009, 2011, and 2016 edition, but ended up on the losing side in the summit clash against SunRisers Hyderabad.

And Zampa, the 28-year-old leg-spinner whose rapid rise in worldwide cricket has made him a regular in the Australian white-ball teams, will be vying for a place with Indian leg-break bowler Yuzvendra Chahal in the RCB playing eleven. The venue this time is UAE and matches will be played in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
