Lane also told her interviewer that Vanessa Bryant also confiscated the auto she was driving that Kobe Bryant bought and her daughter now owns.

Bryant said, "My husband and daughter passed away unexpectedly, and yet my mother had the audacity to do a television interview speaking negatively of me while shedding tears for a vehicle and a house that were not in her name".

Vanessa released the following official statement to the network, denying her mother's claim and clarifying the state of their relationship according to reports.

Back in February, Us Weekly published a story about how Vanessa had been leaning on her mother, Sofia Laine, as she grieved the loss of Kobe and hers and Kobe's 13-year-old daughter Gianna. But some time over the months, things went awry, apparently. So far she hasn't responded to her daughter's statement publicly.

He said the United Nations should promote worldwide cooperation and lead efforts to solve various problems in the world. On Tuesday, the annual General Assembly opens, with leaders set to deliver broader speeches but virtually.

Going on, Bryant claimed Laine had allegedly manipulated the interviewer into believing she was struggling when in reality, she has continued to take care of her.

"The lawsuit goes onto allege the photos were the subject of conversation within the sheriff's department with deputies showing their colleagues the pictures that had no investigative objective".

Earlier reports had suggested that Vanessa and her mom shared a close relationship with Laine also helping her daughter through the emotional process of coping with two deaths in the family.

"Now I see what is most important to my mother and it's more than painful", she said.

Speaking to David Valadez of Univision, Sofia said that Kobe's body is now in a cemetery but she refused to reveal the exact location out of privacy. And, now, Vanessa Bryant's mom is talking to the media about it. Money corrupts so many!
