As we already know, the Pixel 5 will support 5G but now we know that it will arrive with a 6.0-inch flexible OLED display of 1080P resolution - very surprising given they were one of the first manufacturers to arrive with a 2K display so it is a big step backwards.

Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G were listed at multiple European retrailers, revealing key details including pricing, color options, storage capacity, and availability.

The Pixel 5 is a deviation from its predecessor.

As always, the imaging prowess is bound to be the key Google-made selling point, but while the competition continues to increase the number of sensors and/or megapixels crammed into their latest and greatest flagships, the search giant is sticking to a dual rear-facing camera system with a grand MP count of 28. There is also the Titan M chip inside. For selfies, they will house an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper. The larger battery will support the same old 18W fast charging technology, as well as wireless, and yes, even reverse wireless charging functionality.

Meanwhile, the second 16MP wide-angle camera has a 107-degree field of view with ƒ / 2.2 at 1.0 μm. The primary rear camera is capable of 4K 60fps video recording. Previously, rumours indicated the phone would feature a 3080mAh battery, so this is a great improvement.

Winfuture has managed to get their hands on the "official technical data" of the Pixel 5 and as expected it will be a premium mid range phone. Under the hood, there is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SOC paired with 8GB RAM & 128GB storage. It also weighs 151g.

A previous leak indicated that the phone might release on October 15th in Europe; however, Google will officially unveil its Pixel smartphones on September 30th, we'll find out more then.

German retailer ComputerUniverse has listed the Pixel 5's 128GB storage variant in black and green color options priced at €629 including taxes.
