Just ahead of the launch, the company has reduced the price of its previous models- OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro in the US. However, there seems to be a shift in the launch strategy from the smartphone company.

Oneplus has confirmed that Oneplus 8T will be the 1st non-pixel smartphone to have Android 11 as pre-installed. The new phone is expected to launch under $400 on the U.S. market.

Well, previously it was touted and leaked that the OnePlus 8T will come with 8GB of RAM. As per the official statement, the OnePlus 8 Pro has "no room for upgrade" for now and launching the OnePlus 8T Pro won't make sense, at least for now. So if we check OnePlus 8T and the Power Bank, we still have four products to discuss.

Another interesting thing that the Geekbench listing reveals is that the phone will run on the latest Android 11 OxygenOS 11. So this could be the first phone to launch with Android 11 out of the box in India. Apart from it, it was also rumored that this phone will offer the 5G connectivity. For selfies, OnePlus 8T might come with a 32 MP front camera.

Disney's 'Lion King' sequel won't be the animated remake you're expecting
Script writer Jeff Nathanson has also been tasked with writing this one, and has reportedly already finished a first draft. You might be compelled to ask "Who wants a prequel to The Lion King? " - but the reality is that nobody does, really.

The company has confirmed a couple of key OnePlus 8T specifications like a 120Hz Full HD+ display and a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging. With this, OnePlus will introduce Warp Charge with a 65 W power adaptor.

This, according to the company, will be possible because of OnePlus 8T's new "dual battery charging technology" OnePlus is using in the Ultra-Fast charger.

The brand has already confirmed the 8T will launch with a 6.55-inch 120Hz display. The phone is already available for pre-booking up to October 16, 2020 at OnePlus exclusive stores.

Customers can pre-book the smartphone at Rs 2,000 giving them first preference once open sales go live for the device.
