Before riding a rocket to fame on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian West famously worked as Paris Hilton's assistant, and Khloe Kardashian worked as Paris' Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie's assistant.

"I was Nicole Richie's assistant and you were Jonathan Cheban's assistant and we met five faces ago", Kardashian said - with "five faces" referencing the plastic surgery allegations thrown at her recently.

Khloe Kardashian just opened up about her first gig while chatting on the Emergency Contact podcast on Monday (Oct. 12).

"When she started doing "Simple Life" - I think it was towards the end of "Simple Life" - all she needed was a little help and I just needed a job", explained Khloe.

Before becoming one of the most famous reality stars in the world, Khloe Kardashian was Nicole Richie's personal assistant.

Noting that she did not stay "long" on the assistant position, the Good America co-founder went on to recall her friendship with the daughter of Lionel Richie.

Per Khloe, the news made her sad, especially since she has been doing it for 15 years. "You know, we haven't had a break for 14 years".
