IP certification against water and dust resistance is something that has always been missing from OnePlus phones, though the carrier models of the OnePlus 8 did sport the same IP68 certification that the unlocked model was missing as well.

While the OnePlus 8 Pro also had a 120 Hz refresh rate screen, OnePlus is promising that the display on the OnePlus 8T has been tweaked to be even better. For the OnePlus 8T includes a 48-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a new monochrome sensor for improving image fidelity, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a new 5-megapixel macro sensor too. The front of the phone has a holepunch camera embedded in the top left corner of the display. However, in Europe, the OnePlus 8T is priced at Euros 599 (around Rs. 51,540) for the 8GB/128GB model and Euros 699 (around Rs. 60,140) for the 12GB/256GB model.

Similar to the OnePlus 8, the 8T has a 6.6-inch HD AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint reader, 8/12GB RAM with 128GB/256GB storage. This is the new Gray Ash color variant, which has been long-rumored to arrive sometime in October.

The earbuds are also being sold at an introductory price of Rs. 2,990 if customers pre-book the earbuds on starting October 15. This is basically the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z that we all know, but for Bass lovers. There's also a massive 4,500mAh battery and 65W Warp Charge, up from the OnePlus 8's 30W.

OnePlus used to be one of the few Android OEMs that shipped new phones without any non-essential apps.
