"The Midnight Sky" is Clooney's latest space drama movie - following "Gravity" in 2013.

Clooney plays a scientist in the Arctic, who might be the last man alive on Earth after some kind of disaster.

Clooney's behind the scenes team includes director of photography Martin Ruhe, production designer Jim Bissell, editor Stephen Mirrione, and costume designer Jenny Eagan. But in order to save what's left of humanity, Clooney must courageous the apocalyptic wasteland of Earth to send a message to the Aether. He finds himself obliged to care for the girl as he also takes it upon himself to contact the space crew and inform them of humanity's demise.

Netflix launched the primary trailer for The Midnight Sky on twenty seventh October.

After lending his abilities to an outer house setting as an actor in efforts similar to Steven Soderbergh's "Solaris" and Alfonso Cuarón's Oscar victor "Gravity", George Clooney is lastly able to deal with outer house from the director's chair along with his upcoming journey "The Midnight Sky". The script is signed by Mark L. Smith (The Return). "The Midnight Sky" will premiere December 23 on Netflix. following a restricted theatrical launch.
