According to TMZ, Harvey Weinstein has been put in isolation after coming down with a 101-degree fever that doctors believe is a result of him catching the coronavirus.

Sources tell TMZ that Weinstein is "doing poorly" and is suffering with a number of health issues.

'We are working with the NYSDOCCS and the excellent team at Wende CF to ensure Mr. Weinstein receives the proper medical attention he needs'.

A source confirmed to The Post on Tuesday that the 68-year-old former producer was waiting to get his coronavirus test results back at a maximum security prison in upstate NY. While he's got a fever that has his reps concerned, they haven't confirmed or denied that Weinstein contracted COVID-19 in prison.

We're told if the test comes back positive, which they expect, he'll be transferred to the prison hospital.

And whilst the state's Department of Corrections and Community Supervision said they were not able to say who had tested positive because of federal health-care privacy law, they did confirm that two had tested positive for the coronavirus.

With the tests carried out, Apple's newest flagship appeared as "the device with the best screen among smartphones". The report further states that demand for the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max has been "stronger-than-expected".

Those same complications hit the headlines during his trial, when Weinstein used a walker and complained of chest pains.

Weinstein was recently hit with six new charges relating to sexual assault in Los Angeles.

Several reports said Weinstein had Covid-19 in March, but he was never officially diagnosed with the disease.

The disgraced Hollywood mogul is considered vulnerable to coronavirus due to his age, weight and other medical issues, including a heart condition and high blood pressure.

The producer was sentenced to 23 years in prison in February this year following a trial which saw Mr Weinstein convicted of rape and criminal sexual assault. He arrived at court looking frail and walking with the aid of a frame and his lawyers tried to minimise his jail term by telling a judge a lengthy one was a "a de facto life sentence".

Weinstein is an inmate at the Wende Correctional Facility located east of Buffalo, New York.
