Gen. Flynn: Sidney Powell 'Staying the Course,' Will Prove Alleged Election Fraud

Powell appeared alongside Giuliani and Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis several days later, making claims about voting software companies being involved in a transnational conspiracy to overturn the election.

Powell stated that Trump won the 2020 presidential election in a "landslide" and his legal team is "going to prove it". In the latest blow, a federal judge Saturday dismissed the Trump campaign's effort to block the certification of votes in Pennsylvania in a blistering ruling that described the arguments as "strained" and "unsupported by evidence".

Christopher Krebs, who was recently fired by Trump as director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, tweeted Sunday night that "any claims of vote count manipulation" in Georgia "were nonsense" since the systems in the state had paper records that were validated in the recount.

Just last week, President Trump's personal lawyer stood beside another attorney, Sidney Powell, as she baselessly alleged a far-reaching, global conspiracy to steal the 2020 election, one involving hacked voting machines and Venezuelan communists.

Powell has assailed the judge in the matter, Emmet Sullivan, even though she once lionized him in a book for his handling of prosecutorial misconduct in the case of former Sen.
