Asked whether Mr Trump should be held personally responsible, he said that "no-one is above the law".

CBS's teaser clip shows Cook fielding questions about last week's political turmoil in the USA and the consequences that he feels should attend it ("no one is above the law", he says, avoiding a straightforward denunciation of President Trump but making his feelings reasonably clear).

Apple CEO Tim Cook dinner joined CBS This Morning for an interview these days, touching on the events that occurred at the US Capitol previous Wednesday.

CBS today revealed that Apple has a big announcement for tomorrow.

"I think it's key that people be held accountable for it", Cook said.

Mr Cybart also noted that Ms King "is a big hitter for CBS" and that as such it is likely the interview would really be used to announce something significant.

Steve Smith upset about SCG scuffing saga
If you've watched Steve Smith play Test cricket, that's something he does every single game, 5 or 6 times a day. In the 122nd over, Paine could be heard on stump mic, trying to sledge Ashwin .

"No one is above the law", Cook said. I mean, that's a great thing about our country, and we're a rule of law country.

Apple removed pro-Trump social media platform Parler from the App Store in the wake of the Capitol Hill attack because of its "failure to moderate content that may have incited violence".

"I think everyone that had a part in it needs to be held accountable", he added.

What's more, that announcement was not a new product but something "bigger and better than that", she told her co-hosts. Cook will touch on numerous topics, including privacy, accountability in government, and the aftermath of the assault on the Capitol.

King stressed it was not a new product but in their view was something "bigger and better than that".
