With this app you will be able to search, archive or snooze all your messages from a single platform. Most putting is help for Apple's iMessage, as it is only officially accessible on Apple devices.

Beeper was previously known as NovaChat it works on all platforms including Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android.

Beeper is a new platform that brings all your messaging apps together in one place.

Specifically, Beeper is aiming for the most comprehensive list of messaging services possible, including Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, Discord, Slack, Facebook Messenger, Google Hangouts, Skype, IRC, Twitter DMs, and even the highly secure and encrypted Signal messaging app. It was created by the founder of Pebble smartwatches, Eric Migicovsky.

One of the main objectives was to make some decisions of how we're going to offset that". 'We could not carry on with 31 players in the squad, ' he added.

The app was developed using the open-source Matrix messaging protocol. Prospective users can request an early invitation to join the app on the Beeper website.

However, since Beeper is offered as a $10/month service, Migicovsky has made a decision to get even more creative - he's offering to send customers old jailbroken iPhones with the Beeper app preinstalled, which they can simply leave at home connected to their Wi-Fi to handle the communication between the two services. "I have 50 iPhone 4s sitting here at my desk", Migicovsky said in a consecutive tweet. But you'll have to cough up a monthly subscription fee if you want to take advantage of it. However, if you have a Mac that's always connected to the Internet, there's a slightly less insane way to use iMessage through Beeper. If that sounds like too much money, though, and you don't need the iPhone for this goal, Beeper is also available for developers to build upon and host on their own servers.

The app uses some "trickery" to pull off the iMessage access, as the website's FAQ reveals that users will require an always-connected Mac running the Beeper app to use as a bridge.
