February 2021 Xbox Game Pass Lineup Revealed

Last September 2020, EA Play had 6.5 million users at that time and in just three months, that number nearly doubled. With every new announcement they make of free games for subscribers, hype gets even bigger for the next drop.

The six other games coming to the Xbox Game Pass this month are also great titles.

Other games from the series coming to Xbox Game Pass this year are Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, Final Fantasy IX, Final Fantasy X HD, Final Fantasy X-2 HD, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, and finally, Final Fantasy XV. Xbox Backward Compatibility also boosts those games' pixel counts and expands the color details. That was supposed to happen past year but it was recently delayed until 2021. EA Play launched on the PS4 back in July 2019. The dream of having them all in the same cheap subscription service at the same time appears to be dead.

Most Xbox Game Pass titles can only be played with an Xbox controller if you're playing them via cloud streaming on an Android device. When you purchase select digital titles, such as Cuphead or Resident Evil VII: Biohazard, it becomes yours to play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. It costs $14.99 per month, but Microsoft offers a promo for new members letting them pay only $1 for the first three months. The list varies between platforms but all of them have a solid lineup, especially when it comes to sports games. Microsoft has been pushing the "Netflix for video games" really hard.
