These are the Ontario regions moving into new coloured reopening zones

Outdoor fitness classes, outdoor training for team and individual sports and outdoor personal training, subject to public health and workplace safety measures, will be permitted to have a maximum of 10 patrons, every person maintaining a physical distance of at least three metres from another person, requiring a reservation and active patron screening.

Starting March 29, outdoor capacity for those services is limited only by the ability of individuals to maintain two meters of physical distancing. This change does not apply to social gatherings, such as receptions.

The Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) is sounding the alarm about a high number of admissions to ICUs across the province, saying the critical care system is reaching its "saturation point". "But, I gotta be frank, people are exhausted".

A few regions have been upgraded to more open levels or been plunged into futher lockdown lately, the most recent being Hamilton, which will be moved from the Red-Control zone into Grey-Lockdown on March 29.

Seventy-one per cent of the reported cases are in the hot spots around the GTHA and Ottawa.

As of April 12, hair salons and other personal care services will no longer be required to close if their region enters (or is already in) the grey/lockdown zone.

Sarnia-Lambton moved into the grey zone on March 15.

Mr. Dale says there are now a total of 1,871 people in hospital ICUs across Ontario. "The latest data continues to show some worrying trends throughout the province, and variants of concern remain a significant threat to public health. That is why it is important that people remain cautious and vigilant in order to minimize the transmission of COVID-19 and protect themselves and their communities".
